Client Overview

Westnai Fibre Limited operates under the brand name solotech, providing affordable fiber internet to residential estates and businesses across Nairobi. Founded in 2021 in Amboseli, the company has grown to serve multiple neighborhoods including Numa Estate, Lavington West, Gatina, Congo, and Kawangware. Their service offering includes home and business fiber packages starting from KSh 1,500/month, CCTV installation, and TV mounting. Despite a strong local reputation and word-of-mouth growth, Westnai lacked a professional online presence and cohesive brand identity to match their expanding operations.

02

Project Objective

The goal was to establish Westnai Fibre Limited as a credible, modern internet service provider through a professional website, a distinctive logo, and business cards that their sales team could use on the ground. The website needed to clearly communicate service plans, coverage areas, and make it easy for potential customers to request installation via WhatsApp or phone.

03

Scope of Work

Under the Hatz Visuals Starter Plan, the project covered three deliverables: a fully responsive multi-page website built with Next.js and deployed on Vercel, a professional logo design for the solotech brand, and a set of business cards for the team. The scope included SEO-optimized pages, WhatsApp integration for lead capture, a coverage checker, transparent pricing displays, and mobile-first responsive design.

04

The Challenge

Westnai operated in a competitive Nairobi ISP market dominated by larger providers like Safaricom Home and Zuku. Their existing online presence was minimal, making it difficult to convert interest into installations. Potential customers had no way to verify coverage, compare plans, or contact the team through a professional channel. The brand also needed visual consistency — the solotech name existed informally but lacked a polished logo or identity system that could be used across print and digital.

Our Solution

We designed and developed a clean, modern website at westnaifibre.com featuring a clear homepage with value propositions (free installation, free modem, first month free), a transparent pricing section with toggle between home and business plans, an interactive coverage area checker, dedicated pages for plans, services, about, support, and contact, and WhatsApp CTA buttons throughout for instant lead conversion. For the brand identity, we created a professional logo for the solotech brand that works across web and print, along with business cards designed to give the sales team a tangible, professional touchpoint during estate-level canvassing.

Project Outcomes

Westnai Fibre now has a fully live, SEO-optimized website that serves as their primary sales and information channel. The site clearly communicates their coverage areas, pricing, and value proposition, allowing potential customers to self-qualify before reaching out. The WhatsApp integration provides a frictionless path from interest to installation request. The logo and business cards give the solotech brand a consistent, professional appearance that builds trust in a market where credibility matters — especially when competing with larger, more established ISPs.
